MANIC Controlled Leaching

Our confined leaching method provides accurate control of process parameters and also fulfils the conditions for optional utilization of bacterial leaching. This allows for efficient leaching of challenging ores, e.g. chalcopyrite. Agglomeration is not required for the leach processes and associated costs are minimized.

MANIC Ferrous & Energy Technology

Our ferrous and energy technology reduces ferrous fines and superfines via hydrogen, coal and hybrid fuel/reductants to make a granulated ferrous metal. This technology minimizes energy consumption through the ability to recuperate excess energy.

MANIC Copper Crystal Growth

Our copper crystal growth technology produces a high-quality copper (98%+) product, at a high production rate. The metal is easily harvested without any major electricity consumption.

MANIC Hydrogen from Waste

We are collaborating with a top tier mining major to produce high quality hydrogen from ferrous process waste streams. Initial developments show promise as a potential game changer.
